Dependent upon your location within the UK, we offer next working day delivery. We use Courier Companies for the majority of our deliveries, together with specialised Pallet Companies for larger items such as engines and gearboxes.

If you need your delivery first thing, our Couriers also offer a range of timed services at a surcharge. Let us know if you really need that part in time for tomorrow's breakfast!

At Equicar 4x4, all our prices are PLUS 20% VAT, including the carriage (where applicable). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cheques (cleared prior to the dispatch of goods), bank transfer and PayPal.

Our Sales Team are experienced in arranging overseas shipments ranging from within the EU to as far afield as Thailand or the Falkland Islands. We can obtain competitive shipping quotes, both by land, sea or air, together with guaranteed delivery dates, if required.

If you are outside the EU, then you are exempt from paying the 20% VAT duty. If you are within the EU and are VAT Registered, details of your VAT number are all we require for VAT exemption. However, if you wish to arrange your own shipment, we will require shipping documentation as proof that the goods are leaving the UK. In instances where this proof of export documentation cannot be provided up front, we will charge VAT at the point of sale with a view to a refund once the relevant documents have been received.

Unfortunately though, due to ever increasing Credit Card fraud, we must ask that our Overseas customers pay by Bank Transfer or PayPal only.
